Q: Can I share my SHL files with my friends?
A: SHL files are only useable on the device that they are down loaded onto.

Q: When will other subjects be available?
A: SHL is continuously updating content. Availability for up and coming products is shown on the StudyHearLibrary search page. Run your search and check the availability column when the table populates.

Q: What happens if my SHL file becomes corrupted?
A: You will be able to return to the StudyHearLibrary Search and select page to download your file again as many times as you require. This will remain possible unless your phone number changes or a newer version of the file is released.

Q: How do I know that the SHL content is what I need?
A: Our material is checked against the syllabuses set out by the main UK examination boards. Of course SHL audio content should be used alongside your other study materials. There are some things that just can't be conveyed by audio alone. However, there are plenty that can and when it's sensible to check your other study materials, we tell you when it's a good time to do it.
